Printers

Dufeu MPS can provide a wide range of mono and colour printers. Our range of single function devices can run at the same costs as a large MFP.

Solutions

We offer a number of software solutions which can help optimise and improve your print infrastructure. These include print management, mobile printing, document management & distribution and scanning processes.

Device Monitoring

We monitor the status of all of our network print devices. We are alerted when consumables such as toners, drums, imaging units and waste toners are due to run out so we can source your stock in plenty of time.

Having always taken our printing to local print shops we finally decided to look at a printer of our own.  As we already use Defeu for our IT services, I rang David and he provided a quotation within 10 minutes! We agreed a deal and we asked if we could have the printer as soon as possible and David said he would look into.
He came back with an overnight delivery and asked us to contact him as soon as it arrived which we did today and David then arrived on site within 2 hours and set the printer up.
So I would say absolutley first class service, communication and delivery.  I would highly recommend Defeu Managed Print Solutions to anyone looking for a printer or print base solutions!

Can you service our existing machines?

Of course, out technicians are manufacturer trained. We can offer callouts and maintenance contracts on all devices.

What is your average response time?

We guarantee a 4-hour breakdown response on all breakdowns. However our average response time is consistently less than 2 hours.

What are your opening hours?

Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. However if you have a specific request for out of hours servicing this can be arranged.

We care about the environment

350 million printer cartridges are disposed of in landfill worldwide each year. The plastic that is contained within the casing of a printer cartridge can take up to 1,000 years to decompose…
